Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G.
The production area is located in Santo Stefano Belbo (CN) and characterized by a land with a high presence of limestone and a low percentage of clay. The vineyards are cultivated according to the Guyot system, spanning an area of 75,000 square meters with a seniority of 29 years.
The Nebbiolo grape, widely grown in Monferrato in the pre-phylloxera age, characterizes this wine. The vineyards face south-southwest with limestone marl soil; the production per hectare is 5 t. Manual harvest takes place in early October.
Harvested in the second half of September, after a gentle pressing of the bunches, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks at low temperatures according to the Martinotti method (Charmat). This proceeds slowly for over a month up to 5 degrees of alcohol content, upon which is interrupted by cooling.

Brilliant straw yellow with golden highlights. Lively, persistent and fine bead.
Intensely aromatic, with typical fragrance of Muscat grapes. Delicate and fruity aromas reminiscent of peach and ripe apricot.
Sweet and harmonious, with a good balance of acidity and sugar.
Typical wine for dessert very versatile, very good with cakes, fruit, ice cream and dry pastries. According to the tradition, this wine is ideal even for an afternoon break.
